Spine Program
Eight out of ten Americans will experience a back injury some time in their lives. OUr Spine Program is target to individuals that
have had a back injury resulting in pain and decrease motion, function, and strength. Physical therapy plays an important role in the
recovery from back injury and pain by helping to correct poor movement patterns, strengthening muscles that support the spine,
and instructions on the proper posture and body mechanics.
Program Goals

Utilizing a "triangle of treatment" methodology which addresses a patient's functional movement ability to stabilize the spine
and overall strength, flexibility and cardiovascular condition, the goal of the LifeSpineSM program is to help patients
with pain and/or dysfunction in the spine reach an optimal level of physical activity and function with minimal pain.
